These terms govern your use of the AtenWonder mobile app and related services. Contact: team@atenwonder.com.

Purpose

AtenWonder is a community and research-oriented platform for documenting field observations and anomalous reports. Content is user-generated. We do not guarantee scientific validity, accuracy, or completeness of any report.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information. Do not impersonate others or create accounts for people under 13.

User content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant AtenWonder a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service (including feeds, maps, search, and notifications). Do not post illegal material, harassment, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights.

Premium

Optional Premium features (such as certain map pins and scheduled radio stations) are offered as a Google Play subscription. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s terms. AtenWonder unlocks Premium on your account after Play confirms a valid subscription.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise violate these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtenWonder disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for user-generated content or for decisions you make based on observations shared in the app.
