Child safety standards

AtenWonder publishes these standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to the AtenWonder mobile app, website, and related services. Child safety contact: team@atenwonder.com.
Zero tolerance
AtenWonder has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, or any content that sexualizes minors. Such content is prohibited. We remove it when we become aware of it and may suspend or terminate accounts involved.
Age requirement
AtenWonder is intended for users age 13 and older. Accounts for children under 13 are not allowed. If you believe an underage account exists, contact us using the details below.
Prohibited child-safety violations
Users must not create, upload, share, solicit, or link to:
- Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to engage a minor in sexual activity
- Content that sexualizes minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions
- Attempts to circumvent reporting, moderation, or age-related restrictions
How to report
Report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation as soon as possible:
- In the AtenWonder app, use Report on a post or profile and describe the concern (including if it involves a minor).
- Email team@atenwonder.com with the subject “AtenWonder child safety report”, links or usernames involved, and any relevant details.
How we respond
When we receive a credible child-safety report, we aim to:
- Review the report and related content promptly
- Remove violating content and restrict or terminate offending accounts
- Preserve relevant records as needed for safety, security, and legal compliance
- Report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC’s CyberTipline (https://report.cybertip.org/) or another appropriate regional or national authority when required by law, and cooperate with lawful investigations
