Delete your AtenWonder account

This page explains how to ask AtenWonder to delete your mobile app account and the personal data we store for it. Deletion is handled manually for this release.
How to request deletion
- Email team@atenwonder.com from the email address on your AtenWonder account.
- Use the subject line “AtenWonder account deletion request”.
- Include your AtenWonder username and confirm that you want the account permanently deleted.
- We will reply to confirm, then delete the account and associated data described below.
Data we delete
When we complete your request, we delete or permanently de-identify the following from AtenWonder systems:
- Account profile (username, email, password hash, display name, about text, profile image)
- Your posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, follows, and map pins
- Photos and videos you uploaded that are tied only to your account
- Direct messages and conversation membership for your account
- Push notification device tokens
- AtenWonder’s record of your Premium entitlement on our servers
Data that may be kept
Some information is outside AtenWonder’s full control or may be retained briefly:
- Google Play keeps its own purchase and subscription records under Google’s policies. Cancel Premium in Google Play if you also want billing to stop.
- Limited records we may need for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example a log that a deletion request was received)
- Encrypted backups may retain residual copies until the next backup cycle rotates them out (typically within 30 days)
Timing
We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. You will lose access to the account once deletion is finished.
Premium subscriptions
Deleting your AtenWonder account does not automatically cancel Google Play billing. Manage or cancel AtenWonder Premium in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
